Refund Policy
At (Fabric Store) FabricStore.com.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy after the product is received.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags and labels must be intact.
- The product must not be damaged, stained, or altered.
- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable on the following:
- Custom-stitched or altered items
- Items purchased during sales or promotions
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number, reason for return, and if necessary, clear photos of the item.
- After approval, securely pack the product and return it to the address below.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, either to your original payment method or as store credit.
